Capability is not frozen at ship time. Each cycle of observation, action, and critique is written back into the agent under the operator’s own constraints. The longer the system is in the field, the more precise it becomes — without a round-trip through someone else’s cloud.

Doctrine
A model that cannot improve in contact with the work is already obsolete. We design agents whose unit of value is the cycle: act, observe, revise, retain.
If the data cannot leave, the intelligence cannot live elsewhere. On-prem is not a deployment option. It is the architecture.
In a complex decision environment the operator should not have to translate intent into software. Speech, and silence, are first-class inputs.
